"Exchange took a bit, but it worked out"
I had to swap a pair of shoes for a different size and, it took a little longer than I was hoping. Not a huge deal, just one of those... you know, waiting around things. Customer service was really nice though and helped get everything sorted out. The new pair showed up fine and fit better, so in the end it was a good experience. Not perfect, but overall I’m satisfied...

I ordered a dress and a pair of shoes from Neiman Marcus, and I wasn’t totally sure it was going to work out. Online sizing always makes me second-guess myself, even when I check the size chart like five times. But both items fit exactly the way the chart said they would. No awkward sizing issues, no need to return anything, which was such a relief. I’m really happy with how it turned out.

I had to return a pair of shoes, i kept waiting for the usual annoying part to show up because that’s usually the pattern with online returns. But this one was surprisingly smooth from start to finish. The label was easy to print, I dropped the package off without any hassle, and the updates came through quickly. The refund showed up on its own too, which I appreciated because I didn’t have to follow up with anyone. Definitely one of the easiest return shipping experiences I’ve had online.

I got my order confirmation quickly, so at least that part worked the way you’d hope. I’m still waiting to see how shipping goes, so we’ll see. The site itself was fine, I guess, but checkout felt a little slow for me. Not the end of the world, but definitely not exactly a seamless experience either.

Umm, I was surprised Neiman Marcus actually had these shoes in my size when basically every other site was sold out. The stock info seemed accurate too, which isn’t always the case when shopping online. Ordering was easy, shipping was normal, and I’m just glad I didn’t have to keep checking a bunch of random stores

I placed my order and then found out it was backordered, which was already kind of annoying. After waiting around for a bit, it ended up getting canceled anyway. The refund did come through eventually, but it took longer than I expected. Not the worst experience ever, but definitely frustrating, especially when you’re just trying to buy something and move on with your life.

"Looked just like the photos"
I ordered a dress from Neiman Marcus, and the main thing I remember is that the photos were actually spot on. The color looked the same when it arrived, and the fit was about what I had in mind. I don’t really remember every step of checkout, which probably means it was easy enough, and the packaging was nice. It definitely wasn’t cheap, but I knew that going in. Overall, I’m really happy with the dress.

I used the return label they provided and figured I’d be waiting a while for the refund, because isn’t that usually how it goes?? But nope, once they got the package, the money showed up in my account within a few days. No emails, no follow-ups, no hassle. I was a little nervous buying pricier stuff online, but this was actually really smooth. I’d definitely shop there again
